Coffee Water
Short Cup Dispensed
►
Water setting may be too low – increase the water setting.
►
Water tank may not be filling quickly enough – verify main water pressure, hoses
and inlet valve.
►
Water filter may be clogged – replace water filter.
►
If a self-piercing saddle valve was used to tap into the water supply, the valve may
have an obstruction – close and open the valve.
►
Brewer may be leaking or flooding – verify the brewer operation and repair, if
necessary.
►
Outlet valve may be defective – repair or replace outlet valve

No Water Dispensed
►
Verify that the brewer hose is properly positioned on the diffuser.
►
Coffee valve may not be working – repair or replace the valve
(P/N - M029082)

►
Check the water pressure on the main water supply.
►
Verify that the water tank is filling properly and quickly.
►
Inlet valve may not be working properly – replace valve
(P/N – E310309S)
.
►
Water filter may be clogged – replace water filter.
Chocolate
Too Weak
►
Ingredient dispenser may be empty – refill the dispenser with chocolate.
►
Chocolate setting may be too low – increase the chocolate setting.
►
Water temperature setting may be too low – increase the temperature.
►
Ingredient dispenser may not be coupled properly with the motor – remove
dispenser and re-install it, making certain it is coupled with the motor.
Short Cup Dispensed
►
Water setting may be too low – increase the water setting.
►
Whipper system may be clogged. Check the whipper bowl, elbow and door tube for
any obstructions or powder accumulation.
►
Water tank may not be filling quickly enough – verify main water pressure, hoses
and inlet valve.
►
Water filter may be clogged – replace water filter.
►
