4. Only for commissioning:
Check the connections for possible
leaks. Replace faulty or displaced
seals.
5. Check the primary circuit pressure.
The pressure should be approx.
2 bar.
Filling and venting the heating water side
A
A Fill & drain valve
1. Open any non-return valves installed
on site.
2. Check the pre-charge pressure of the
expansion vessel (see page 104).
3. Thoroughly flush the on-site pipe-
work.
4. Fill the heating circuit via fill & drain
valve
A with water; during filling,
check the system pressure at the
pressure gauge.
Minimum system pres-
sure 0.8 bar
Permissible operating
pressure 3 bar
5. Close fill & drain valve A .
6. Open a suitable air vent valve in the
heating circuit.

Please note
To prevent equipment dam-
age, check the flow and return
connections of the secondary
heat pump circuit for
leaks .
In case of leaks, immediately
shut off the equipment, drain
the water and check the seat-
ing of the seal rings. Replace
all seal rings that may have
slipped.
8. Switch ON the power.
9. Remove the cause if the phase mon-
itor has responded. The relay does
not need to be reset.
