ADVANCED CASCADE MODE
The “advanced cascade mode” allows to define complex configurations for the cascade function depending on the necessities. Are
availabe 16 different stages, for each stage it is possible to define a time interval and for each stage it is possible do decide which
device will ring.
In the “Example 1” Fig. 26 , during a call, will ring at the same time the monitor 1, the Videx App and the programmed SIP ID for 20
seconds, then, for the next 20 seconds, will ring the monitor 2, the Videx App and the programmed SIP ID.
In the “Example 2” Fig. 27 , during a call, will ring the monitor 1 for 20 seconds then will ring monitor 1 and monitor 2 for 20 seconds,
then will ring monitor 1, monitor 2 and the SIP ID for 20 seconds then for the last 20 seconds will ring monitor 1, monitor 2, the SIP
ID and the Videx App.
Please note that the “Advanced Cascade Mode” is a very powerful tool that allows to enable complex call diversion rules but you
must remember that the visitor doesn’t know how the call is managed and will not wait forever for an asnwer so take care to the
time interval set for each stage.
