3. Dial the Mailbox and corresponding password to receive the “Number of Messages” prompt.
4. Dial desired option code.
5. At completion of session, hang-up to return to idle.
To attach a memo to the current voice message;
1. During or after the New or Old Message option prompt, dial “7”.
2. At the beep, record the memo.
3. Dial * to stop and store the memo.
4. During or after the New Old option prompt, dial “4” to forward the message and memo.
Conditions
1. If no new/old messages are available, pressing “1” or “2”, is an invalid operation and
you will receive the “Invalid Entry” prompt or “No Message” prompt.
2. If the dialed number is not recognized, the "Invalid Entry" prompt is played. After the
second invalid entry, you are disconnected.
3. You may dial digits at any time during a voice mail playback, system prompt or silence.
You must dial a digit in response to a system prompt within the CCR Analysis timer or
the system will disconnect and return error tone.
4. Messages can be retrieved in either a FIFO (First in First out) or LIFO (Last in First out)
order to meet the desire of each user.
5. If your Mailbox is configured with Auto Save New Message, after listening to the
message, the message is stored and you must be expressly delete the message. To
minimize the potential for large amounts of unwanted stored messages, Auto Save
New message can be disabled then the message is deleted if not expressly saved.
