Feature Description and Operation Manual

4. Press “*”.

5. Place the outside call as normal.

To enter an Account Code during a call:

1. Momentarily press the Hook-switch.

2. Dial the Flex Numbering Plan code “550”.

3. Dial the Account Code (up to 12 digits).

4. Press “*”.

Conditions

1. When entering an Account Code during a call, DTMF digits are transmitted to the

connected party.

2. A maximum of 1000

{ONE-TOUCH ACCOUNT CODE}

buttons may be assigned in

the system.

3. If an Authorization Code is entered as the Account Code, the SMDR record will show

the station number or the index number for a System Authorization Code rather than
the user entered Authorization Code.

4. If the Forced SMDR Account Code attribute of the station is enabled, you must enter

an Account Code prior to placing an outgoing call.
