3.4. Abschaltprozeduren / Disconnect procedures
Vor Reinigungs-, Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten
(nur
durch Fachpersonal) ist folgende
Abschaltprozedur unbedingt einzuhalten:
1. Dampfversorgung absperren
- Ventil zur Dampfversorgung absperren.
- Dampfsystem mittels Maschinen-Start
drucklos machen.
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass an der Maschine
kein Dampf austritt.
2. Maschine stromlos schalten
- Hauptschalter am Schaltschrank
auf“0“stellen.
- Hauptschalter mit einem
Vorhängeschloss gegen Wie-
dereinschalten sichern.
- Netzstecker ziehen.
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass keine Spannung
anliegt.
3. Pneumatik absperren
- Druckluftventile (Maschinensteuerung
und Blasen)
absperren.
- Druckluftleitungen entlüften.
Achtung! Die Oberform fährt nach unten.
- Prüfen Sie, ob die Maschine drucklos ist.
Bei Nichtbeachtung entstehen Gefahren für Leib und
Leben des Personals.
Before starting with cleaning, maintenance or repair
work (by qualified staff only), the following disconnect
procedure must be observed:
1. Cut off steam supply
- Shut off valve for steam supply.
- Depressurise steam supply by means of
machine start.
- Make sure that no steam emerges from
the machine.
2. Switch off machine from power supply

Set main switch on switch cabinet to“0”.
- Padlock main switch to prevent the
machine from
being switched on again.
- Remove power plug.
- Make sure that no current is carried.
3. Cut off pneumatic
- Shut off compressed-air valve (machine
control and blowing).
- Remove air from compressed-air lines.
Attention! Head buck is lowered.
- Check if the machine is without pressure.
In case of non-observance, the life of staff may be in
danger
