CT Align & Calibration Setting Command

Set X axis Reference position of CT mode
Initial-Value: 0103(1~1999)
#### = dyyy (d: Direction, yyy: Distance) ex. 0234 = 2.34cm

Request current “AXST” Parameter value

[SPM_AYST_0000]

Set X axis Reference position of CT mode
Initial-Value: 0160(1~1999)
#### = dyyy (d: Direction, yyy: Distance) ex. 0234 = 2.34cm

Request current “AYST” Parameter value

[SPM_COFS_#####]

Set Capture starting position of Rotating Unit in CT mode
(##### = If the first digit is 1, it means clockwise, and 0 means

counter-clockwise)
