Toshiba UPS Power Management
RemotEye II can help further protect critical load systems connected to a UPS by
initiating automated shutdowns on that equipment. RemotEye II can shutdown
servers upon detection of three UPS events; Input power failure, low battery, and
overload. Also, RemotEye II can be used to coordinate automatic system shutdowns
during weekends or holidays. This section highlights the manners in which
RemotEye II can be used in conjunction with a UPS to manage power to UPS loads.
