Apply grease on the cut-out part of the front side frame with where the bushing

contacts.

Is the spring of the returning roller detached?

YES

Attach the spring.

Is the tension of the stack processing motor drive belt normal?

Loosen the adjustment screw to adjust the tension.

YES

Is the returning roller home position sensor (S3) working properly?

Replace the sensor.

YES

Is the problem solved by replacing the stack processing motor?

Replace the finisher controller PC board.
