Electrical Wiring Assembling Instruction Diagram -2

Clamp, 6.5-47.5P

Run the cord through the other 
side of coupler.

Attach ground lead.

VIEW "A"

Ground lead of cord ass’y

Starter Cable
(Ground Lead)

Ground boss of air chamber

Attach ground lead.

Fix alternator cord by using 
the clamp that is tightened 
together to upper side of 
vapor separator installation bolt.

Fix vapor separator ø2 hose to 
starter motor B/K using hose tie.

Run earth lead of each ignition coil 
through the other side of high tension 
cord and fix with installation bolt located 
on the lower side of ignition coils.

Secure the ground wire of cord ass'y 
with #1 ignition coil upper securing bolt.

Run FFP and CPS cords through 
crank case hose to the other side 
of oil tank, and fix them to FFP clamp.

Fix alternator cord to fuel 
hose by using clamp.

Fix cord ass’y to air rail 
by using stay and band.

Fix rectifier ground leads to 
installation bolts on the 
upper side of #2 and #3 
ignition coils.
