Dual PMT Supply Option 

Installation 

J-4     SOLA II User Guide

Thermo Fisher Scientific 

Viewing parameters in the Diagnostics menu will show the PMT voltage of 
the selected supply. 

1. View Parameters:

a. Cal A Response Factors

b. Cal B Response Factors

c. PMT Voltage (shows only the active supply voltage)

2. Inputs and Outputs Test > Set Outputs > PMT Supply: Toggle the supply

selection (A or B).

When using the At Line-Grab Sample function, either calibration can be 
selected to measure the sample. If the sample concentration range is 
unknown, the sample can be measured first on the highest calibration range 
and, depending on the concentration, measured on the lower calibration range 
to obtain higher accuracy on low concentration samples.  

The dual PMT supply option can be retrofitted to existing units in the field. 
The parts in the table below are required for the field retrofit.
