Set command forces an attempt to select and register the network operator.

<mode>

parameter defines whether the operator selection is done automatically or

it is forced by this command to operator

<oper>

The operator

shall be given in format

Parameters:

0 - automatic choice (the parameter

<oper>

will be ignored) (factory default)

1 - manual choice (

<oper>

field shall be present)

2 - deregister from the network; the MODULE is kept unregistered until a
