The write command is used to provide to SIM user response to a command and any
required user information, e.g. a selected menu item.
Parameters:
<cmdType>
- integer type;
proactive command
ID according to 3GPP TS 31.114

- action performed by the user
0 - command performed successfully (call accepted in case of call setup)
16 - proactive SIM session terminated by user
17 - backward move in the proactive SIM session requested by the user
18 - no response from user
19 - help information required by the user
20 - USSD/SS Transaction terminated by user
32 - TA currently unable to process command
34 - user has denied SIM call setup request
35 - user cleared down SIM call before connection or network release
