Can not translate the picker and/or
sense that it has moved.
Run FIND XLAT HOME test from
the control panel

•

If the picker does not move at
all, check the connections on
the umbilical cable. If the
connections are good and the
picker still does not move,
change the umbilical cable.

•

If the picker moves a little but
does not reach the side of the
frame, the translate motor on
the picker is probably defective.
Change the picker.

•

If the picker moves properly to
the side, the translate sensor is
probably defective. Change the
picker.

Find vertical home

Because a motor test is called
before a find vertical home is
attempted, the vertical motor is
assumed to be at least minimally
functional.

•

Check that the vertical path is
physically clear.

•

Change the vertical motor
(probably a marginal error).
