A - Pressure Relief Valve.
To adjust, release the lock nut (13mm AF) and with a 4mm Hex
socket key turn clockwise to increase the pressure and anti-clockwise to decrease the
pressure setting.
Ensure that the lock nut is retightened after adjustment to prevent
leakage!
A1 - Hand Pump Pressure Relief Valve
. Adjust as above.
B - Up Start Time
. - Should not be adjusted.
C - Down Outflow Opening Valve
. Should not be adjusted.
D - Down Speed Adjustment. -
To adjust, turn clockwise to slow the lift and anti-clockwise
to increase the speed.
E - Max. Pressure Switch.
- To adjust, gently pull off the rubber cap to expose the switch
and with a flat bladed screw driver, turn clockwise to increase the pressure and anti-
clockwise to decrease the pressure. Always press the emergency relief valve slightly after
adjustment to check the setting. Refit the rubber cap.
F- Up Soft Start.
- To adjust, release the lock nut (10mm AF) and with a 3mm Hex socket
key turn clockwise for a smoother start and anti-clockwise for a faster start.
Ensure that the
lock nut is retightened after adjustment to prevent leakage!
G- Down Soft Start. -
To adjust, release the lock nut (10mm AF) and with a flat bladed
screwdriver, turn clockwise for a smoother start and anti-clockwise for a faster start.
Ensure
that the lock nut is retightened after adjustment to prevent leakage!
R - Pressure Gauge Shut off Valve. -
Turn anti-clockwise to activate the pressure gauge.
Turn clockwise to deactivate the gauge after adjustments and testing.
RP - Rupture Valve testing shut off valve. - Keep Closed.
This bypasses all down speed
control and is only to be used to check operation of the rupture valve!
