3. CONSOLE INSTRUCTION
Console screen:
Buttons and functions
POWER ON
• Install four AA batteries (or press the RESET key for 2 s), the
screen will turn on with a BUZZER sound.
• Then enter the user setting mode.
• Without any input signal for 4 minutes, the monitor will go into
sleep mode. Press any key to reactivate the monitor.
You can train without program selection and without ad-
ditional settings QUICK START (press START button after
starting the screen)
1. Start training directly, the TIME will start counting.
DISTANCE / CALORIES / RPM / SPEED / will display the correspon-
ding value.
2. Press the STRAT / STOP button to stop the workout, the STOP
icon flashes, all values will remain.
3. While in STOP mode, press RESET, the monitor will return to the
function setting page.
SETTING USER DATA
Use the knob to select USER from U1 to U4, press MODE to confirm.
Set gender / age / height / weight, go to training page. If you have
previously entered these parameters, you do not need to edit each
time (this is stored in memory) - select USER without editing.
SELECTING THE WORKOUT MODE
Use the knob to select the training mode as:
Target time
Target distance
Target calories
Target energy

1. Use the knob to set the target TIME (set value = 10:00), press
STRAT / STOP to exercise at the target time mode.
2. the TIME starts counting down from the target value
Press START / STOP to stop training, STOP icon flashes, all values
will remain.
4. While in STOP mode, press RESET button, monitor will return to
function setting page.

Target distance
1. Use the knob to set the target DISTANCE (preset value = 5.0),
press STRAT / STOP to train to distance mode
2. the DISTANCE starts counting down from the target value.
3. press STRAT / STOP to stop training, the STOP icon flashes, all
values remain.
4. While in STOP mode, press the RESET button, the monitor re-
turns to the function settings page

Target calories
1. Use the knob to set the target calories (preset value = 100),
press training STRAT / STOP in target Calorie mode.
2. Calories start counting down from the target value,
3. Press STRAT / STOP to stop training, the STOP icon flashes, all
values will remain.
4. While in STOP mode, press the RESET button, the monitor will
return to the function settings page.

Target power
Use the knob to set the target WATT power (preset value = 100)
press the START / STOP button to exercise in target power mode.
1. When the actual WATT is 25% higher than the target power,
flashes to remind the user too quickly; When the actual WATT
is 25% lower than the target power,
flashes to remind the user
too slowly.
2. Press the START / STOP button to stop training, the STOP icon
flashes, all values will remain.
3. While in STOP mode, press the RESET button, the monitor will
return to the function setting page.
