Signifies a new or unread voicemail message
Signifies an old or read voicemail message
Details of a call
Each call will display the following information:
Incoming Call:
The name of the caller (if known by the system).
In the brackets, your user name or the name of the colleague who has diverted their calls to you or the
name of the Department called
The number received with the call (if presented)
The time and date of the call. If the call was received today the date will not be displayed.
Outgoing call
The number or name of the contact (if the number is known by the system).that you called
In the brackets, your user name
The number that you dialled
The time and date of the call. If the call was made today the date will not be displayed.
Missed Calls
An incoming call received by your phone that is not answered either by yourself or by voicemail will be
registered as a missed call in your Calls History.
The Missed Call banner will appear within the default home page and the
SpliceCom LED on the phone will flash.
Press the Messages button to view this call.
When you return to the home page the Missed Call banner will no longer be displayed.
Redial a number
You may wish to redial a number previous dialled, this can be done by selecting the original call from the
Calls History.

From the Calls History press the context sensitive key beside the outgoing call required.
This entry has a green background when selected.
