The Ethernet RJ-45 has two LED indicators, as shown in Figure 2. The
left LED, LED1 indicates that the network processor has a valid network
link. The right LED, LED2 indicates network activity.

4.2

ETHERNET CABLING

Shielded Category 5 (CAT5) Ethernet patch cables are used to connect
the XRB011 to the host computer. There are two ways to connect to the
XRB011 board via Ethernet: the first is to directly cable between the host
