Monitor the Status of Components
The BlueScale web interface lets you monitor the status of components
without having direct physical access to the nTier500. This is especially
useful when your nTier500 is operating in a “lights out” data center. Check
the BlueScale web interface regularly to ensure that you always know the
status of the nTier500 components.
The tabs on the Overview graphic of the nTier500 provide an at-a-glance
system status. Each tab represents a group of related components. The
color of the tab indicates the overall status of that group of components.
Green
—The components in the group are operating properly.
Yellow
—A component in the group requires attention.
Red
—A component in the group is in an error state.
