ready mode
The RXT-150 display is blank and a small blue LED in the
lower right corner of the display flashes steadily.
RMA
Return Materials Authorization. Required by Spectra Logic
for the repair or exchange of any RXT-150 or its
components.
RXT
RAID eXchangeable TeraPack. Technology that combines
the performance of disk, the mobility of tape, and the
reliability of RAID.

SCSI
Small Computer System Interface. SCSI is an interface
connection used to connect peripheral devices to
computer systems.
SpectraGuard
Spectra Logic Technical Support.
static address
An unchanging IP identifier permitting remote access to a
device through the Internet or an intranet.
subnet
A division of a network into an interconnected but
independent segment or domain in order to improve
performance and security.
support ticket
SpectraGuard opens support tickets to record problems
experienced with the RXT-150. When a new support ticket
is created, it is assigned a number; the support technician
handling the problem uses that ticket to track the actions
taken to resolve the problem.
