On-site Support
Guaranteed four-hour on-site service visit from a field service
representative upon verification that the unit has malfunctioned. Same Business Day
On-site is available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
local time. Confirmation that Spectra Logic hardware requires repair must be
established by 1:00 p.m. local time for a field service representative to be dispatched
same day. A service representative will be dispatched the following business day for
calls after 1:00 p.m. local time.
