To hold a data conference through the MCU

Reserve at the MCU and confirm the Conference Name.

Connect with the MCU.

Select [Join] from the [Conference] menu.

When using PCS-3000
Double click on “PCS-3000”, then click on the [Join] button.
When using PCS-3000P
Double click on “PCS-3000P”, then click on the [Join] button.

Type the Conference Name and double click on [OK].
Note on the Conference Name
The Conference Name is consists of the “Conference_name” and “ID
number.”
The Conference Name is as follows:
• When the “Conference_name” is “test” and “ID number” is “77”:
Conference Name is “test-77.”
• When the “Conference_name” is none and “ID number” is “77”:
Conference Name is “-77.”
