017 User busy Wait a while and then try dialing again.
018 No user responding Check that the remote party’s system is connected and check their telephone number.
019 User alerting, no answer Check that the remote party’s system is connected and check their telephone number.
020 No reply Check that the remote party’s system is connected and check their telephone number.
021 Call rejected Check that the remote party’s system is connected and check their telephone number.
022 Number changed Check to see if your partner’s telephone number is the correct one.
026 Wait a while and then redial
027 Destination out of order Check to see if the remote system is functioning normally.

system.
163 Line registration incomplete Register all the items in [LOCAL DIRECTORY NUMBER] in the SETUP menu if
you are connected to multiple remote parties.
300 Mistake in live number registration Register all the items in [LOCAL DIRECTORY NUMBER] in the SETUP menu.
301 Required upgrade card is not installed To have a multi meeting, remote PCS-4000 will need to install the PCS-UC400
upgrade card.
