An abnormal value was de-
tected in the measurement of
eccentricity in the optical
block assembly Ch-2B. (On
side 1)

Eject a cartridge.

Insert again the ejected cartridge.

• When no error occurs, use the unit as

it is.

• When an error occurs, go to step 3) in

Measures.

Insert another cartridge.

• In the case no error occurs:

The ejected cartridge is likely to be
faulty.

• In the case the error occurs:

Drive trouble is likely.

Check the carry loader assembly installation
status.

Note

If the carry loader assembly is abnormally
installed, disc cannot be chucked normally
and the eccentricity may increase.
