Procedure after cleaning

• Acquire “OPC RESULT” and check that the drive operates normally.
• When “OPC RESULT” is acquired in advance, compare the “OPC RESULT” before and after the cleaning. If the

value that is 20% high or more is acquired, the deposit other than water-soluble may be collected on the optical
path. Perform the cleaning again.

• When “OPC RESULT” can be acquired without the occurrence of error, the cleaning is completed. Keep the used

lens cleaning (280) assembly in a storage box. Dry the dropper before storing it.

Tip

As for this unit in which the 6F-Exx error has occurred or “OPC RESULT” in “Preparation” could not be acquired before
cleaning, if no error occurs and “OPC RESULT” could be acquired after cleaning, the error may be eliminated by the
cleaning effects.
