Loader Control System

The system control of the select loader and carry loader is performed by the BRIDGE (IC700) on the BF-92 board (ODS-
D280F)/BI-353 board (ODS-D280U).
The motor driver circuits (IC901, IC903, IC905, IC907, and IC909) on the BF-92 board (ODS-D280F)/BI-353 board
(ODS-D280U) control the driving of each motor.

• IC901: Select loader's loading motor
• IC903: Lever motor
• IC905: Up/down motor
• IC907: Carry loader's carry motor (Vertical)
• IC909: Carry loader's carry motor (Horizontal)

The motor driving current is detected using the current detector circuits (IC902, IC904, IC906, IC908, and IC910) on
the BF-92 board (ODS-D280F)/BI-353 board (ODS-D280U). After that, the driving current is A/D-converted using
IC911 and used for motor control.
The motor driving voltage (+8 V) is generated from +19.5 V using the DC/DC converter (IC80) on the BF-92 board
(ODS-D280F)/BI-353 board (ODS-D280U).
The interface with the cartridge memory block is connected to the BF-92 board (ODS-D280F)/BI-353 board (ODS-
D280U) through the SM-48 board. This control is performed by the BRIDGE (IC700).
Motors and sensor/cartridge position detection switches are mounted on SM-45, SM-47, SM-48, SM-49, SM-50, and
SM-51 boards and connected with the BF-92 board (ODS-D280F)/BI-353 board (ODS-D280U) using the flexible flat
cable.
Each motor is connected to the boards below.

• Loading motor: SM-47 board (Connected with the BF-92 or BI-353 board through the SM-48 board.)
• Lever motor and up/down motor: SM-48 board
• Carry motor (vertical)/(horizontal): SM-45 board

The write-protect detection switch is mounted on the SM-48 board.
