tion. (On side 1) 1. Eject a cartridge.
2. Startup the maintenance menu and perform
SA ACTUATOR.
• When no error occurs, use the unit as
it is.
• When an error occurs, go to step 3) in
Measures.
3. Check the flexible flat cable connection be-
tween the sub base assembly and the DR-683
board.
If this problem still remains, the optical block as-
sembly (OP-2) or the DR-683 board may be de-
fective.
