IM/HDCU1000 Series

Rear side (When there are five slots)

Remove the two screws, and remove the blank panel by
the handle. (Store the removed blank panel in a safe place)

Insert the option board into the slot.

Insert the board into the lower grooves, and then
push the board straight into the slot.

Check that the option board is securely connected to
the motherboard (MB-1071 board).

After inserting the option board into the slot, fix the
option board with two screws.

1-10-1. HDCU1000

Front side

Turn off the power, and unplug the power cord from
the outlet.

Remove the front panel. (Refer to Section 1-5-1.)

Insert the option board into the blank slot.

Check that the option board is securely connected to
the motherboard (MB-1071 board).

Rear side (When there are four slots)

Remove the two screws, and remove the blank panel by
the handle. (Store the removed blank panel in a safe place)
