4.6 Measurement of differential leakage current I

Before starting the measurement, similarly to
sec. 4.2 , following parameters must be set: test dura-
tion, limit, polarity and method .
In Change polarity select:

yes if the measurement is to
be repeated for reverse polari-
ty,

no if the measurement is per-
formed for only one polarity.

socket if test socket is to be
used for the measurement,
