Setting Up Router Offset

Output Video Timing - Line Sync and Offset 8.4

Issue1 Revision 1

This has set up the Vega 30 Router video output offset to be the earliest possible, for any of
the inputs. Any input may then be routed to any output.

3) Setting up Router Output Delay:

Further delay can be added to each router output by increasing the offset value for each
router destination.
