6.2.1 UMREIFUNSPOSITIONEN PROGRAMMIEREN "TEACH-IN"
ACTIVITY/DESCRIPTION
Prerequisite:
Lifting unit in upper initial position.
a) Store strapping positions
(from top to bottom)
– On HMI side, select „
Lifting unit
“ and „
Teach-in
“
function.
– Select the desired program (
1
) (25 or 99 Programs)
– Select the „Selection“ button (
2
) for teach-in function.

Move the lifting unit downwards to the first strapping
position (

).
– Store position (
4
).
– For further strapping positions: Move the lifting unit
to the next strapping position and store the position.
Up to 10 strapping positions per program position
are possible (optionally 20 positions).
– Move the lifting unit to the upper initial position (
5
).
– Press the „Selection“ key (
2
) (deactivate). The pro-
gram is stored.
– If desired, switch to the next strapping program and
save the strapping position as described above.
b) Store strapping positions

– On HMI side, select „

– Select the desired program (

– Select the „Selection“ button (

) for teach-in function.
– Move the lifting unit all the way down to the basic
position (

to the next strapping position and store the position.

d) Correcting strapping position
– Select the program to be corrected (

).
– Press the „Positions“ button (

changed with „+“ and „-“.
