The milk is not cold enough or is not semi-skimmed or skimmed.

Use fully skimmed or semi-skimmed milk at refrigerator temperature (about
5° C). If the result is not as you w ished, try changing brand of milk.

The froth adj ustment dial is incorrectly adj usted.

Adj ust follow ing the instructions in section “Adj usting the amount of froth”.

The milk container lid or froth adj ustment dial is dirty.

The machine is ready for use, or has recently been turned off, and condensate is
dripping into the vaporiser w hich is still hot.

This is part of normal operation. To limit this, empty the drip tray.
