This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe w ay and if
they understand the hazard involved. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are
older than 8 and supervised.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of the reach of children
aged less than 8 years.
Appliances can be used by persons w ith reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
know ledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe w ay and
understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play w ith
the appliance.
When not in use and before cleaning, alw ays unplug the
appliance.
W AR NING
This is an electrical appliance, it is therefore important to respect the follow ing safety w arnings:

Never touch the appliance w ith damp hands.
•
Never touch the plug w ith damp hands.
•
Make sure the socket used is freely accessible at all times, enabling the appliance to be unplugged w hen
necessary.
•
Unplug directly from the plug only. Never pull the pow er cable as you could damage it.
•
To disconnect the appliance completely, place the main sw itch on the side of the appliance in the 0
position.
•
If the appliance is faulty, do not attempt to repair. Turn it off using the main sw itch, unplug from the mains
socket and contact Customer Services.

Keep all packaging (plastic bags, polystyrene foam) aw ay from children.
CHOKING HAZARD. The appliance might contain small parts. Some of those small parts might be required
to get disassembled during cleaning and maintenance operations. Handle w ith care and keep small parts out
of reach of children.
W AR NING
This appliance produces hot w ater and steam may form w hile it is in operation.
Avoid contact w ith splashes of w ater or hot steam. Use knobs and handles.
