Replacing the interior lamp on the ceiling

If the interior lamp has failed, it must be replaced.
Temperature-resistant 230 V halogen lamps, 40 watts,
can be obtained from the after-sales service or your
specialist retailer.

When your device needs to be repaired, our service
department is there for you. We always find a suitable
solution, also to prevent unnecessary visits from service
employees.
Hold the halogen lamp with a dry cloth. This extends
the life of the lamp. Only use original lamps.

Always provide the service department with the complete product
number (E-No.) and the manufacturing number (FD-No.) of your
appliance, so that we can provide you with the best possible
service. The type plate with the numbers can be found when you
open the appliance door.
On some appliances that work with steam, you will find the
type plate behind the cover.
When the lamp is replaced in the interior, the contacts
of the lamp socket are live. Before proceeding with
replacement, pull out the mains plug from the socket or
switch off the fuse in the meter box.

The appliance becomes very hot. Never touch the hot
surfaces in the cooking compartment or heating elements.
Always allow the appliance to cool down. Make sure there
are no children around.

Screw the glass cover back in. Depending on the type
of device, the glass cover is fitted with a sealing
ring. Replace the sealing ring before screwing in.

Remove the tea towel and switch on the fuse.
