Hot soapy water:
Clean with a cleaning cloth and dry
with a soft cloth.
Remove lime, grease, starch and protein stains
immediately. Corrosion can develop under such
stains.
Special cleaning agents for stainless steel are
available from the after-sales service or specialist
dealers, which are suitable for hot
surfaces. Apply the cleaning agent
very thinly with a soft cloth.

You can change the basic settings again at any time.
Do not use glass cleaner or scraper.
Note: After a power failure, the changes made to
the basic settings are retained.

Suitable cleaning agents
Pay attention to the information in the tables to prevent

Soak burnt-on food residues with a damp cloth
and soapy water. In case of heavy soiling, use
a stainless steel scouring pad or oven cleaner.
Attention!
Never use oven cleaner in the warm interior.
Damage to the email may occur. Before the
next heating up, completely remove residues
from the interior and the appliance door.
Wash new dishcloths thoroughly before use.
Tip: You can purchase particularly recommended
cleaning and care products from the after-sales service.
Follow the respective manufacturer's instructions.
After cleaning, leave the interior open
to dry.

Warning – Risk of burns!
The appliance becomes very hot. Never touch the hot
surfaces in the cooking compartment or heating elements.
Always allow the appliance to cool down. Make sure there
are no children around.
Note: White deposits can form due to
food residues. These are harmless and do
not affect the function.
If necessary, remove with citric acid.
