Current measuring range (measuring range end value)
1
ON if the ignition spiral is heated during an ignition process
2
SV = Solenoid valve; ON = Valve open / OFF = Valve closed
3
ON during ignition of the FID flame
4
ON when the sensor block has reached the set temperature and no malfunctions are signaled
5
ON when the FID flame burns and instrument air is supplied and no malfunction is signaled
6
ON as long as the solenoid valve of the flow barrier (option) is activated (i.e. during maintenance of the sample gas
filter)
●
When the FID flame is burning, the “Flame Control Temp.” is 20 … 80 °C
higher than the set temperature of the sensor block.
●
When the displayed value for “Flame Control Temp.” is identical with the set
temperature of the sensor block, the FID flame does not burn.
NOTICE:
If the value for “Flame Control Temp.” is more than 10 °C above the actual
temperature of the sensor block, although the FID flame is not burning:
Take the EuroFID out of operation.
In this case the EuroFID may not detect that the FID flame has been
extinguished; therefore the fuel gas supply would not be automatically stopped
in the event of a malfunction.
