D e l a y
Delay time for automatic measuring range switch-over: The
measuring range is only switched over if the output value for the
duration of the delay time is outside the threshold value. 2
2 Setting range: 0.0 … 99.9 seconds. The maximum value is, however, 90 s, even if a higher value is set here.

Set “Minimum” and “Maximum” so that a switching hysteresis occurs.
Otherwise the EuroFID would constantly switch between the measuring ranges
if the measured value corresponds to the threshold value.

It depends on the application which settings are the most suitable.

Standard value for the switching hysteresis: 2 %.
●
Make the switching hysteresis greater if you expect fluctuating or “noisy”
measured values.
