1. Spread butter on the slices of toast.
2. Place the cheese and then the ham on a slice of
toast. Coat with Créme fraîche.
3. Cover with the second slice of toast and sprinkle
with the grated cheese.
Put the croque on the revolving plate and cook.

AND BACON

5-10 g Margarine

Onions (150 g), chopped finely

Bacon
3 Eggs
3 tbsp Milk

1. Spread the fat, onions and bacon on the
revolving plate and steam.
