FAULT CHECK :
Electrical faults :
When activation of a SV, the SFX+V2 checks the consumed current.
If there has been no consumption observed more than 2 times consecutively on a SV, then a SV electrical fault is
generated for this SV (for example: SV not or incorrectly connected, defective SV coil, etc.).
If electrical consumption is observed while no SV should be driven, a short-circuit electrical fault is generated (for
example board failure, etc.).
Electrical faults are automatically reset if the problem disappears.
Electrical faults are reported but have no influence on the declogging cycle.
The SV electrical fault is indicated by:
- « Electrical fault: cell n°
xx
SV n°
yy
»
xx
being the number of the cell and
yy
the number of the SV of the cell
The short-circuit electrical fault is indicated by:
- « SV electrical fault : short-circuit on the slave °
xx
»
xx
being the number of the slave
Mini pressure faults :
Depending on the configuration, the compressed air tank associated with the cells constituting the filter are each
equipped with a pressure switch and an isolation solenoid valve on the compressed air inlet.
A mini pressure threshold is constantly checked by the SFX+V2.
If the compressed air pressure drops below this threshold, the SFX+V2 generates a mini pressure fault and isolates
the tank by acting on the isolation SV.
At power on, or at the “putting in service” of the filter, the isolation solenoid valves are controlled so as to allow the
tanks be inflated, the time T8 initialized. The minimum pressure must be reached before the end of time T8, otherwise
the mini pressure faults are generated, the tank concerned are isolated.
Also, when reset a mini pressure fault, the SFX+V2 authorizes inflation by acting on the isolation SV, and initializes
time T8. The minimum pressure must be reached before the end of time T8 otherwise the fault is generated again,
the tank is isolated.
When actioning a solenoid valve on a tank, the time T8 of the corresponding tank is initialized.
This type of fault is auto-reset if the tank pressure becomes correct again (a priori, this never happens because the
compressed air supply to the tank is cut off).
Note: T8 can be set to 0 or the mini pressure threshold to 0. In this case, the mini pressure check is not performed.
The mini pressure fault is indicated by:
- « Minimum pressure fault in the header n°
xx

being the number of the tank
