Offline :
OFFLINE mode is available depending on the configuration.
Declogging in OFFLINE mode consists in isolating the cells according to the OFFLINE-CELL declogging sequence,
then actioning the solenoid valves of this cell according to the OFFLINE-SV declogging sequence.
(see Parameters
→
Offline shooting sequences).
When the run order appears, the cycle begins at step 1 of the OFFLINE-CELL sequence.
- Isolation of the corresponding cell
- Waiting time T5
- Action of the EVs of the cell according to the OFFLINE-SV sequence. Each SV is actioned during T1 followed
by a pause time T2 (or T2A if the choice is validated)
- Waiting time T6
- No more isolation of the cell
- Waiting time T7
If the run order is still present, go to the next cell (according to the OFFLINE-CELL sequence)
When the run order disappears, two cases:
- If the choice is "declogging stop: end of cycle": the cycle continues until the last step of the sequence
OFFLINE-CELL (corresponding to number of steps in the offline-cell sequence)
- If the choice is "declogging stop: on cycle": the cycle stops and will resume at this point as soon as the
run order reappears.
Depending on the configuration, a T3 pause time is executed between two cycles (if set other than 0).
A check is made on the steps of the sequence to see if the corresponding cell is available.
If not available, then the step is skipped and going to the next step, ect.
A step of the OFFLINE-CELL sequence is considered unavailable if:
- The corresponding cell is in maintenance
- The step of the sequence contains a cell number set to 0
- The cell is associated with a tank with a mini pressure fault
- The cell is associated with a tank with a re-inflation fault
