Link faults :
This type of fault appears when a communication problem occurs between the central unit card and a slave box.
This type of fault is auto-reset as soon as communication is restored.
The link fault with slave is indicated by:
- « Communication fault with slave n°
xx
»
xx
being the number of the slave
Cell opening / closing faults :
Depending on the configuration, the SFX+V2 can manage the opening or closing faults of the cells of a filter (in the
case of OFFLINE operation for example).
It receives cell position information via inputs by limit switch sensors.
The position of the cells is determined by the SFX+V2.
So, during a cell opening or closing command, the cell has time T10 to position itself and actuate the desired sensors.
If, beyond this time, the cell isn
’t mechanically positioned, the SFX+V2 generates a cell opening or cell closing fault,
depending on the case.
The cell opening / closing faults are automatically reset if the problem disappears.
Cell opening / closing faults are reported but have no influence on the declogging cycle
The cell opening fault is indicated by:
- « Cell opening fault n°
xx
»
xx
being the number of the cell
The cell closing fault is indicated by:
- « Cell closing fault n°
xx
»
xx
being the number of the cell
Other fault :
Depending on the configuration, other faults may appear:
Redundant power supply module fault :
If the SFX+V2 is equipped with a redundant power supply module, this fault will appear when a problem occurs. It is
auto-reset if the situation becomes correct again.
This fault is indicated by:
- « Redundant power supply module fault »
24VDC circuit breaker module fault :
If the SFX+V2 is equipped with a 24VDC circuit breaker module, this fault appears when at least one circuit breaker
is no longer in position. It is auto-reset if the situation becomes correct again.
This fault is indicated by:
- « 24VDC circuit breaker module fault »
