Online shooting sequence:
This page allows you to configure, at manufacturer level, the declogging order for an ONLINE declogging cycle.
In an declogging process, it may be advantageous to declog the same “ramp” several times in the same cycle.
By adjusting the number of ONLINE steps, it will be possible in the same cycle to assign one or more solenoid
valves to different pulse sequence numbers.
Example: an ONLINE declogging filter has 40 solenoid valves. The traditional cycle will contain 40 pulses, so a
priori 1 pulse per solenoid valve.
If the ONLINE number steps is set to 50, then a complete declogging cycle will contain 50 pulses.
In this case, 10 additional pulses can be configured on the cleaning solenoid valves of your choice.
Principle: one solenoid valve is associated with a shot number or more in the case of simultaneous shots.
A solenoid valve is designated by the cell to which it belongs and its position in the cell.
A declogging cycle begins at the pulse of shot number 1 and ends at the pulse of the shot corresponds to the
number of steps configured.
1. Number of steps constituting a declogging cycle
2. Number of simultaneous shots. If several simultaneous shots are configured, then the system will perform
n steps simultaneously according to the configured sequence.
Example: If 2 simultaneous shots are configured then the cycle will perform steps n ° 1 and 2 of the
sequence simultaneously then steps n ° 3 and 4 ... until the last step of the sequence
