Online :
ONLINE mode is available depending on the configuration.
Declogging in ONLINE mode consists of actioning the solenoid valves according to the ONLINE shooting sequence
configured (see Parameters
→
Online shooting sequence).
When the run order appears, the cycle begins at step 1 of the ONLINE sequence.
When the run order disappears, two cases:
- If the choice is "declogging stop: end of cycle": the cycle continues until the last step of the sequence
(corresponding to number of steps in the online sequence)
- If the choice is "declogging stop: on cycle": the cycle stops at current step of of the sequence and will
resume at this point as soon as the run order reappears.
The solenoid valves are activated for time T1, with a pause time between two solenoid valves T2 (or T2A if the choice
is validated).
Depending on the configuration, a T3 pause time is executed between two cycles (if set other than 0).
If the number of simultaneous shots "n" is different from 1, then the "n" shots are performed at the same time
(corresponding to the "n" step defined in the online sequence), then pause time T2 (or T2A if choice validated ) before
the next “n” shots.
A check is made on the steps of the sequence to see if the corresponding SV is available.
If not available, then the step is skipped and going to the next step, ect.
A step in the sequence is considered unavailable if:
- The SV is part of a maintenance cell
- The sequence step contains a cell number or SV number set to 0
- The SV is part of a tank with a mini pressure fault
- The SV is part of a tank with a re-inflation fault
- The SV is in dust emission fault (except if quantity of SV in dust emission fault> set value)
