Music Mode : Playing Music Files

Copying Music Files from a PC

You can copy music files from a PC while connected to the PC with a USB cable.

1. Set the Mode Dial to

Music

mode.

2. Press the [POWER] button to turn on the device.
3. Press the [MENU] button to select destination memory

(refer to page 49)

.

4. Connect the Miniket Photo to the PC using the USB

cable provided

(refer to page 133)

.

Connect the USB cable to the device.

◆

Connect the other end of the USB cable to the PC.

5. Windows finds a new USB mass storage device. Open

the folder <MSAMSUNG> and you will find <MP3>
folder.

6. Copy your music files and paste it into the folder

<MUSIC1>, <MUSIC2>, <MUSIC3> or <MUSIC4>.
Be sure to copy your MP3 files into the existing folders under <MP3>.

IYou cannot create a new folder on your Miniket Photo set.

If you create a new folder on your memory card with a PC, it will not play back music files stored on it.

The music played back will begin with the first music file that is stored in the top folder (MUSIC1).

It is recommended that you use an AC Power Adapter during the file transfer to avoid unintended power outage.
The built-in internal memory of the device appears as <Miniket> on a PC while the external memory card (mini SD Memory
Card) will appear as <Removable Storage>.
