2 person River shrimp - 4-6, Cayenne - 2 ts, Salt - ¼ ts,

tbs, Palm sugar - 1½ tbs, Tamarind juice - 3
tbs, Onion - ½ cup, Chopped tomato - ½ cup,
Oil - 1 tbs
Instructions
Wash and cut in both shell shrimp and marinate it with salt,
pepper, cayenne, olive oil for 15 minutes. Put marinated
shrimps on the grill rack in oven and cook. After cooking,
serve shrimp with sauce and mixed oil.
• Oil
Mix shallot and oil, put them and cook at 900 W for 4
minutes.
• Sauce
Mix fish sauce and palm sugar together, add onion and
tomato, put them in oven and cook at 900 W for 4 minutes.

Grilled King
Mackerel
with fish
sauce
2 person Fresh king mackerel steak - 2 pieces, Fish
sauce - ½ cup, Sugar - ½ tbs, Pepper - ½ ts,
Water - ½ cup, Oil - 1 tbs
Instructions
Marinate king mackerel with mixed ingredients for 1 hour.
Additional, dry it for 3-4 hours. After drying, put them on the
grill rack in oven and cook. When the beep, turn the food
over and press start. After cooking, serve.

2 person Snapper - 2 pieces, Coconut milk - ½ cup,
Shrimp paste - ½ tbs, Shallots - 5, White
pepper - ½ tbs, Salt - 1 ts, Palm sugar - 1½
tbs, Tamarind juice - 2 tbs, Fried chili, coriander
for decoration.
Instructions
Put front fish on the grill rack in oven and cook. When the
beep, turn the food over and press start. After cooking,
pour with coconut milk sauce, decorate with fried chili and
coriander. Serve.
• Coconut milk Sauce
Crush shallots, pepper, salt, Shrimp paste together and
add coconut milk, tamarind juice, palm sugar. Put them and
cook at 450 W for 10 minutes.

Small garlic - 15 pieces, Shallots - 8, Salt - ¼
ts, Palm sugar - 1 tbs, Lime juice - 1 tbs
Instructions
Put grilled fish on the grill rack in oven and cook. When the
beep, put dried chilies, garlic, shallots on grilled fish and
cook. After cooking, pared fish, garlic, shallots, and crush
together and add fish sauce, palm sugar, lime juice. Serve
with vegetables or boiled egg.
