¼ cup, Pepper - 1 tbs, Oyster sauce - 1½ tbs,
Sugar - ½ tbs, Soy sauce - 1½ tbs, Coriander
root - 4 root, Garlics - 5 piece, Pepper - ½ ts,
Parboil noodles - 1 cup, Lettuce, shallots, peas,
lemon, Diced small for side dishes.
Sauce.
Vinegar - ½ cup, Sugar - ⅓ cup, Salt - ½ ts,
Crush red pepper - 1 tbs
Instructions
Crush coriander root, garlic, pepper together and mix with
minced pork, shallots, minced coriander and lemongrass.
Add oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce and form pieces and
mix well.
Put them on the grill rack in oven and cook. When the
beep, turn the food over and press start. After cooking,
serve together with vegetables, parboil noodles, grilled
pork, shallots, peas, lemon and sauce.
• Sauce
Mix vinegar, salt, sugar together. Put them and cook at 900

Instructions
Marinate beef with salt, pepper, and olive oil for 1 hour. Put
them on the grill rack in oven and cook. When the beep,
turn the food over and press start.
After cooking, slice roasted beef and mix kaffir lime leaves,
shallots, brinjal together with sauce. Before serving,
sprinkled with sliced mint leaves and kaffir lime leaves.
• Sauce
Mix sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, and cayenne. Taste.

Crush pepper, coriander seeds, garlic together and mix
other ingredients and marinate with sliced beef for 3-4
hours. After marinating, dry for more 3-4 hours.
Put them on the grill rack in oven and cook. When the
beep, turn the food over and press start. After cooking,
serve with sticky rice and favorite vegetable.
