Pork neck - 400 g, Soy sauce - 3 tbs, Oyster
sauce - 2 tbs, Sugar - 1 tbs, Pepper - ½ ts, Salt

Spicy sauce.
Cayenne - 1 tbs, Tamarind juice - 2 tbs, Fish
sauce - 1 tbs, Palm sugar - 2 tbs, Roasted rice
- 1 tbs, Spring onion, coriander. As you like it.
Instructions
Mix a Roast pork neck and ingredients together for
marinating at 1 hour. Put them on the grill rack in oven and
cook. When the beep, turn the food over and press start.
• Spicy sauce
Mix fish sauce, palm sugar together. Put them and cook
at 900 W for 1 minutes. Add tamarind juice, roasted rice,
spring onion and coriander, if you like.
Serve with roasted pork neck.

Pickled bean curd - 1 tbs, Pickled bean curd
water - 1 tbs, Soy sauce - 1 tbs, Honey - 2 tbs,
Pork stewed in gravy power - 2 ts, Salt - ½ ts
Instructions
Crush coriander root, garlic, pepper together and mix with
pork, add another ingredients. Mash and marinate for 1
hour.
Put them on the grill rack in oven and cook. When the
beep, turn the food over and press start. After cooking,
chopping and serve with Sticky rice.

2 person Pork sirloin - 250 g, Red sugar - 2 tbs, Shoyu
- 3 tbs, Mirin - 1½ tbs, Sliced garlic - ¼ cup,
Shredded ginger - ¼ cup, Roasted white
sesame - 2 tbs, Shredded spring onion for
sprinkle on top - 2 tbs
Instructions
Marinate sliced pork with other ingredients for 15 minutes.
Put marinated pork on the grill rack in oven and cook. When
the beep, turn the food over and press start. After cooking,
serve with rice sprinkled with marinade sauce and spring
onion.
• Marinade Sauce
Put remaining marinated sauce and cook at 900 W for 2
minutes.
