Beef steak
with Herb
Butter
2 person Beef sirloin - 400 g, Red wine - ¼ cup, Pepper
corn - 1 ts, Pepper - 1 ts, Salt - ½ ts, Olive oil -
1 tbs, Sliced Eringii Mushroom - 1 cup, 3 color
bell peppers - 1 cup, Cut long lines
Herb Butter
Unsalted butter - 3 tbs, Fresh rosemary - 1 tbs,
Chopped garlic - ½ tbs, Salt - ¼ ts
Instructions
Pound or dipping beef with fork to make soft. Crush pepper
corn and mix salt, pepper, red wine, olive oil.
Marinate beef with mixture for 1 hour. Put them with
chopped vegetables on the grill rack in oven and cook.
When the beep, turn the food over and press start. After
cooking, put herb butter on cooked beef and cook at 900
W until melting butter. Serve with roasted vegetables.

Mix ingredients together, take in the fridge.

Thigh chicken with drumsticks - 2 pieces,
Turmeric - 2 tbs, Garlic - 10 piece. Coriander
root - 5 root, White pepper - ½ ts, Black
pepper - ½ ts, Salt - ½ ts, Sugar - 1 ts, Black
soy sauce - ½ ts, Oil - 2 tbs
Instructions
Crush coriander root, garlic, pepper, turmeric and mix other
ingredients. Marinate chicken with them for 2-3 hours. Put
back side first on the grill rack in oven and cook. When the
beep, turn the food over and press start. After cooking,
serve with sticky rice, vegetables.

2 person Thigh chicken - 2 pieces, Oyster sauce - 1½
tbs, White soy sauce - 1½ tbs, Sugar - 1½ tbs,
Pepper - 1 ts, Sesame oil - ½ tbs, Coriander
root - 1 tbs, Chopped garlic - 1 tbs, Pandan
leaf - 8-10 leaves, Oil - 2 tbs
Instructions
Slice thigh chicken and marinate with ingredients for 1 hour.
Warp with pandan and put them on the grill rack and cook.
When the beep, turn the food over and press start. After
cooking, serve with chili sauce.

Tiger shrimp - 10, Black pepper - 1 tbs, Diced
small sweet peppers three colors - ½ cup,
Coriander root - 1-2 root, Thai garlic - 5 piece,
Cayenne - 1 ts, Pepper onion - 1 ts, Red sugar
- ½ tbs, Salt - ½ ts, Olive oil - 2 tbs, White wine

Instructions
Crush coriander root, garlic, pepper, pepper onion. Cut in
both shell shrimp and marinate with all ingredients for 15
minutes. Put marinated shrimps on the grill rack in oven and
cook. After cooking, serve with marinated sauce.
• Sauce
Mix remaining marinade sauce and sweet pepper, put them
and cook at 900 W for 1 minute.
