Safety-locking your microwave oven
Your microwave oven is fitted with a special Child Safety programme, which
enables the oven to be “locked” so that children or anyone unfamiliar with it
cannot operate it accidentally.
The oven can be locked at any time.

Press the
Child Lock
button for
3 seconds.
Result:
•
The oven is locked (no
functions can be selected).
•
The display shows “L”.

To unlock the oven, press the
Child Lock
button again at the same time.
Result:
The oven can be used
normally.
Setting a standing time
The kitchen timer can be used to set a standing time automatically (without
microwave cooking).
First, place the food in the centre of the turntable and close the door.

Kitchen Timer
button.

Select the standing time by pressing
the
Up/Down
button.

Press the
START
button.
Result:
Standing time starts. When it
has finished.

The oven beeps four
times.
•
The current time is
displayed again.
Switching the beeper off
You can switch the beeper off whenever you want.

The oven will not beep each
time you press a button.
