When the installation is nearing completion the Configuration Helper will be displayed
in a new window.

The Configuration Helper indicates the status of each of the Workbench components.
The components can be in one of three states:

•

Green: The component installed correctly.

•

Orange: Optional item that has not been installed.
If the Computer component is Orange it indicates that the screen resolution is not
high enough.

•

Red (yellow during update): Required by Workbench but not yet installed.

The Workbench Database component will be red as Workbench has not yet been
associated with a database, this is normal.

If the Configuration Helper indicates that all other components are installed correctly
(green), click

. The Configuration Helper screen closes, and the Completing

installation screen displays.

If the Configuration Helper displays components that have not installed (red) these
need to be manually installed before continuing. See the Workbench User manual for
details.

Note:

The Workbench Database component will display red until Workbench is associated with a
Workbench Database.

Note:

If Workbench is run while there are components marked as red, an error message is
displayed.
